TikTok Shop required configurations?
If your TikTok Shop settings don’t meet the required setup (these are TikTok’s rules and our app can’t change them), our app can’t sync products to TikTok Shop.
Sometimes, you may see a red banner in the app saying: “Complete TikTok Shop required configurations.”

This message appears because your TikTok Shop is missing some required settings. Each TikTok Shop must complete a series of setup steps before products can be listed. If these requirements are not met, our app cannot sync your products to TikTok Shop.
The following guide is based on TikTok Shop documentation and experiences from other sellers. All settings must be completed within your TikTok Shop .
The instructions below are primarily for US TikTok Shop.
Shop Status
Why it appears: This reflects your TikTok Shop account’s current status. Temporary restrictions may be applied due to:
Routine security checks
Risk prevention measures
Compliance verification

Solution:
If you have questions about any restrictions, contact TikTok Shop customer support.
Wait for your account to be reinstated before syncing products.
After fixing it, check our app to see if the banner is gone. You can also tap Refresh to confirm. When the banner disappears, you can sync products.
Shop Tax
Why it appears: Your TikTok Shop account has missing or incomplete Tax Information.
Solution:
Go to TTS Seller Center → My Account → Account Settings → Tax Information.
Complete or review your tax information and submit it correctly.
After fixing it, check our app to see if the banner is gone. You can also tap Refresh to confirm. When the banner disappears, you can sync products.
Pickup Warehouse/Return Warehouse
Why it appears: Your TikTok Shop account has not set up or correctly filled in warehouse information.
Solution:
Go to TTS Seller Center → My Account → Account Settings → Warehouse Settings.
Fill in Pickup Warehouses and Return Warehouse according to your business needs.
For dropshipping sellers, contact your supplier for the relevant warehouse information.
After fixing it, check our app to see if the banner is gone. You can also tap Refresh to confirm. When the banner disappears, you can sync products.
Shipping Template
Why it appears: Your shipping template is missing or incomplete.
Solution:
Go to TTS Seller Center → Orders → Shipping Settings → Delivery Settings.
Set up shipping according to your business, including Delivery Areas and Shipping Rules.
After fixing it, check our app to see if the banner is gone. You can also tap Refresh to confirm. When the banner disappears, you can sync products.
Extended Producer Responsibility
Why it appears: This mainly affects EU stores, due to EU regulations.
Solution:
Go to TTS Seller Center → My Account → Account Settings → Qualification Centre.
Complete or review your information and submit it correctly.
After fixing it, check our app to see if the banner is gone. You can also tap Refresh to confirm. When the banner disappears, you can sync products.
Product Quantity Limit
Why it appears: Your TikTok Shop has reached the product upload limit.
Solution:
For TikTok Shops in the probation period, the total listing limit is usually 100.
For non-probation period shops, the total listing limit is usually 1,000.
This limit is based on how many products you have already live to TikTok Shop (no matter which app you used to upload them or whether you added them manually). This is not controlled by our app, so we cannot help you remove the limit.
You can check your shop’s limit on the TikTok Shop homepage. We recommend syncing products in EcomSend Feed only after the limit has been lifted.



After fixing it, check our app to see if the banner is gone. You can also tap Refresh to confirm. When the banner disappears, you can sync products.
Delivery Option
Why it appears: Your store has not set up delivery options or the information is incomplete.
Solution:
Go to TTS Seller Center → Orders → Shipping Settings → Delivery Settings.
Select the delivery options that match your business.
After fixing it, check our app to see if the banner is gone. You can also tap Refresh to confirm. When the banner disappears, you can sync products.
Bank Account
Why it appears: Your bank account information is missing, incomplete, or under review.
Solution:
Go to TTS Seller Center → My Account → Account Settings → Bank Account.
Fill in your bank details accurately.
After fixing it, check our app to see if the banner is gone. You can also tap Refresh to confirm. When the banner disappears, you can sync products.
Contact Info
Why it appears: Your contact information is missing, incomplete, or under review.
Solution:
Go to TTS Seller Center → My Account → Seller Profile.
Provide accurate contact details for your store.
After fixing it, check our app to see if the banner is gone. You can also tap Refresh to confirm. When the banner disappears, you can sync products.
After Completing Configurations
Once all required configurations are completed:
The red “Complete TikTok Shop required configurations” banner should disappear.
If it doesn’t, click Refresh to update your app with the latest store settings.
You are now ready to sync your products to TikTok Shop:
