# Order and Fulfillment sync settings

## Order

### Automatic sync

This section allows you to enable the **Order automatic sync** feature (disabled by default). Once enabled, orders will be automatically synced from TikTok Shop to Shopify for centralized order management.

**Steps:**\
Go to **Settings** → **Order** → Enable **Automatic sync** → Click **Save** to apply the changes.

Once enabled, orders placed by customers on your TikTok Shop will be **automatically synced and created** in Shopify when they reach the **Awaiting Shipment** status, allowing you to manage everything in one place.

## Fulfillment

### Automatic sync

This section allows you to enable the **Fulfillment automatic sync** feature. Once enabled, fulfillment updates will be automatically synced between Shopify and TikTok Shop.

**Steps:**\
Go to **Settings** → **Order** → **Fulfillment** → Enable **Automatic sync** → Click **Save** to apply the changes.

### Sync rules

Because the shipping carriers integrated with Shopify and TikTok Shop are not completely the same, and their names may also differ, you can set up carrier name mapping here to ensure fulfillment syncs successfully.

**Steps:**\
Go to **Settings → Order → Fulfillment → Sync rules → Set Carrier name mapping rules → Save**

**Example:**\
If you set the mapping rule as **Other → Cainiao US**, fulfillment will sync successfully using this carrier name.
