# For dropshipping seller

## **Introduction**

We understand that many dropshipping users operate through platforms such as CJ Dropshipping, AutoDS, DSers, Dropshipman, and others. However, these platforms are not always integrated with TikTok Shop, making it difficult to directly sync and sell products. 

By using Shopify and EcomSend Connector as an intermediary, you can quickly sync products to TikTok Shop and start selling.

## Before you start

* [**TikTok Shop account**](https://seller-us-accounts.tiktok.com/account/register)**:** Make sure you have [registered](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=6837894379964161\&role=1\&from=feature_guide\&identity=1) for a TikTok Shop account and completed the required configurations ([Tax information](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/course?identity=1\&role=1\&learning_id=8525773560645419\&from=course\&content_id=3396404588660481\&anchor_link=EB2E00D4), [Warehouse Settings](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=6837882170099457\&role=1\&identity=1\&anchor_link=EBCE00CE), [Shipping template](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=6837882170099457\&role=1\&from=feature_guide\&identity=1\&anchor_link=EC4200CA) ...) for TikTok Shop.
  * As a dropshipping seller, you need to coordinate with your suppliers or dropshipping platforms to obtain the required information, such as eligible pickup warehouses addresses and return warehouse addresses.

    This information must comply with TikTok Shop’s requirements to ensure proper configuration in your shop before you start syncing products.

### **Install apps on Shopify**

**Download both** EcomSend Connector and Dropshipman on your Shopify store. 

**Connect** your TikTok Shop account to EcomSend Connector.

### **List products from Dropshipman**

**Add products** from Dropshipman to Shopify and set them as *Active* and *published* on the *Online Store* channel. 

EcomSend Connector will automatically **fetch and list** them on the *Products* page.

### **Sync products to TikTok Shop**

In EcomSend Connector, **sync and edit** the *Product Mapping Rules* as needed, then **save and sync**.

#### How can I automatically sync dropshipping products to TikTok Shop?

You only need to set up **Category Templates** in EcomSend Connector and activate them. The system will auto-sync all specific 'Not synced' products (existing and new) based on the template.&#x20;

**Example:** Selling lighting products

1. In the **EcomSend Connector Product** page → click **Create Category Template**

2. Enter a template name (for example, `Dropshipman-lighting`; only you can see this) → Set the **Product Conditions** to: Match all, Product vendor equals `Dropshipman` and Product title contains `lighting` → Click **Preview** to check whether the included products meet your requirements.

3. Select the most suitable TikTok Shop **category** for your products: Indoor Lighting → Fill in the **required attributes** (none in this example) and **Shipping Settings** → optionally fill in other fields as needed.

> *Tip: To ensure smooth syncing, create separate templates for each product type you sell (e.g., Women's T-shirts or Women's Casual Jackets) before enabling auto-sync.*

4. Once everything looks correct, enable the **Active** toggle and **Save**.

5. The system will then automatically sync the corresponding products.
