This section allows you to choose whether to sync updates from Shopify to TikTok Shop after your products are successfully synced, helping to maintain consistency across platforms.
Prerequisite: Your TikTok Shop products must be synced from Shopify through our App to apply the following content.
Below are the detailed steps:
Go to the Settings → Products page in EcomSend Feed → Enable the setting (By default, these settings are enabled) → Save your changes
If you want to sync only the listed products to TikTok Shop and prevent any future changes in Shopify from being synced, you need to disable all these settings.
When a successfully synced product's price is changed in Shopify:
If your Shopify store currency is USD, we will directly sync your new product's price.
If your Shopify store currency is not USD, we will automatically convert your product's new price to USD before syncing.
The exchange rate auto-syncs from Shopify, but you can manually set it as a backup on here.
When a successfully synced product's inventory is changed in Shopify:
If Track quantity is checked, we will sync the new total available inventory from all active Locations.
If Track quantity is not checked or Continue selling when out of stock is checked, we will sync the maximum inventory quantity accepted by TikTok Shop, which is 999,999.
🙌 Note:
TikTok Shop doesn’t support complex formats like tables or lists. We recommend reviewing and adjusting your product descriptions after syncing, if needed.
Once the product details are synchronized to TikTok, it will trigger TikTok's review process, and there's a possibility that the product may not pass the review.
When a successfully synced product's details (including product title, description, media, images of variants, etc.) are changed in Shopify, we will automatically sync the updated content.
If you disable and then re-enable auto-sync, it will sync only the next time there is an update. The current content will not be synced immediately, even if changes have been made.
