TikTok Shop account: Make sure you have registered for a TikTok Shop account and completed the required configurations (Tax information, Warehouse Settings, Shipping template ...) for TikTok Shop.
Regional support: Currently, EcomSend Feed supports only the Local US TikTok Shop. Please stay tuned for support in other regions.

Step 1: Go to Shopify App Store → Search for EcomSend Feed and get to its details page → Click Install to download EcomSend Feed.
Step 2: Go to the EcomSend Feed Dashboard page → Click the Connect TikTok Shop button → An authorization popup will appear, auto-redirecting to the TikTok Shop Seller Center authorization page (if you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in).
Step 3: Choose duration (we recommend at least 1 year), fill in the required information and click Confirm to Install → Review the authorization details, check the checkbox, and click Authorize → Wait a few seconds for the popup to close automatically, and you will be redirected back to the EcomSend Feed Dashboard page.
Your TikTok Shop is now successfully connected! 🥳
