This section allows you to enable the Order Sync feature (disabled by default), so you can manage all orders in one place.
Below are the detailed steps:
Go to the Settings → Order page in EcomSend Feed → Enable the setting (by default, it's turned off) → Save your changes
Prerequisite: To sync TikTok Shop orders, all products in the order must have been synced from Shopify via our app.
Once enabled, orders placed by customers on your TikTok Shop will be automatically synced and created in Shopify when they reach the Awaiting Shipment status, allowing you to manage everything in one place.
