This document provides key information about EcomSend Feed, including how it works and its key features, to help you use our application smoothly.
Before you start
TikTok Shop account: Make sure you have registered for a TikTok Shop account and completed the required configurations (Tax information, Warehouse Settings, Shipping template ...) for TikTok Shop.
Regional support: Currently, EcomSend Feed supports only the Local US TikTok Shop. Please stay tuned for support in other regions.

How does EcomSend Feed work?
Fetching products: After installing EcomSend Feed in Shopify and connecting your TikTok Shop account, the app automatically fetches products from Shopify.
Syncing products: EcomSend Feed syncs products, including prices, inventory, and more, to list on TikTok Shop based on your mapping rules.
Manual sync: Select one or bulk products to sync. Edit the mapping rules by selecting the optimal category and fill the required attributes to sync.
Automatic sync: Create the default category template by selecting the optimal category and fill the required attributes. Once activated, the system will automatically sync all products with a 'Not synced' status (both existing and new) based on the template.
Automatic updates: Any updates to product information on Shopify will automatically sync to TikTok Shop according to your settings.
