# Connect your TikTok Shop

### Before you start

* [**TikTok Shop account**](https://seller-us-accounts.tiktok.com/account/register)**:** Make sure you have [registered](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=6837894379964161\&role=1\&from=feature_guide\&identity=1) for a TikTok Shop account and completed the required configurations ([Tax information](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/course?identity=1\&role=1\&learning_id=8525773560645419\&from=course\&content_id=3396404588660481\&anchor_link=EB2E00D4), [Warehouse Settings](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=6837882170099457\&role=1\&identity=1\&anchor_link=EBCE00CE), [Shipping template](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=6837882170099457\&role=1\&from=feature_guide\&identity=1\&anchor_link=EC4200CA) ...) for TikTok Shop.
* **Regional support:** Currently, EcomSend Connector supports the **Local** United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), France (FR), Germany (DE), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), Ireland (IE), Japan (JP), and Mexico (MX) TikTok Shop. Please stay tuned for support in other regions.
* **Same browser**: Please log in to **both** your Shopify store and TikTok Shop in separate tabs of the same browser.

**Step 1:** Log in to your Shopify store → Go to Shopify App Store → Search for **EcomSend** and get to its details page → Click **Install** to download EcomSend Connector.

**Step 2:** Go to the EcomSend Connector **Dashboard** page → Click the **Connect TikTok Shop** button and **Select the region** where your store is located → A new tab will open, directing you to the TikTok Shop Seller Center authorization page (if you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in) → **Select the region** where your store is located.

**Step 3:** Choose duration (we recommend **at least 1 year**), fill in the required information and click **Confirm to Install** → Review the authorization details, **check the checkbox,** and click **Authorize** → Wait a few seconds for the popup to close automatically, and you will be redirected back to the EcomSend Connector Dashboard page.

Your TikTok Shop is now successfully connected! 🥳

### **Starting from TikTok Shop admin**

**Step 1:** Log in to your TTS store → Go to App Store → Search for **EcomSend Connector** and click **Install** **now** to download EcomSend Connector.

**Step 2:** Choose duration (we recommend **at least 1 year**), fill in the required information and click **Confirm to Install** → Review the authorization details, **check the checkbox,** and click **Authorize** → Wait a few seconds for the popup to close automatically, and you will be redirected to the EcomSend Connector **download page** on the Shopify App Store.

**Step 3:** Follow **Step 2 and Step 3** from \[Starting from Shopify Admin] to complete the authorization → Your TikTok Shop is now successfully connected! 🥳
