EcomSend Connector enables you to manage products, inventory, orders, and fulfillment in one place—**Shopify**, simplifying daily operations and integrating TikTok Shop seamlessly into your workflow. ### Overview This document provides key information about EcomSend Connector, including how it works and its key features, to help you use our application smoothly. ### Before you start * [**TikTok Shop account**](https://seller-us-accounts.tiktok.com/account/register)**:** Make sure you have [registered](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=6837894379964161\&role=1\&from=feature_guide\&identity=1) for a TikTok Shop account and completed the required configurations ([Tax information](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/course?identity=1\&role=1\&learning_id=8525773560645419\&from=course\&content_id=3396404588660481\&anchor_link=EB2E00D4), [Warehouse Settings](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=6837882170099457\&role=1\&identity=1\&anchor_link=EBCE00CE), [Shipping template](https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=6837882170099457\&role=1\&from=feature_guide\&identity=1\&anchor_link=EC4200CA) ...) for TikTok Shop. * **Regional support:** Currently, EcomSend Connector supports the **Local** United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), France (FR), Germany (DE), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), Ireland (IE), Japan (JP), and Mexico (MX) TikTok Shop. Please stay tuned for support in other regions. {% hint style="info" %} You can vote for the regions you need [here](https://ecomsend-connector.canny.io/feature-requests) to help us prioritize our development. {% endhint %} ### How does EcomSend Connector work? {% hint style="info" %} If you use **other** connector apps with TikTok Shop, we recommend using **only** our app for product and order sync to **prevent duplicate syncing**. {% endhint %} ### 🛍 Product sync {% stepper %} {% step %} #### Fetching products After installing EcomSend Connector in Shopify and connecting your TikTok Shop account, our app automatically fetches products from Shopify and displays them on the *Products* page, so you can easily proceed with synchronization. {% endstep %} {% step %} #### Syncing products You can sync products (including prices, inventory, and other details...) to list on TikTok Shop based on your mapping rules and product sync settings. * **Manual sync:** Select one or multiple products and fill in the required fields to sync. * **Automatic sync:** Create [category templates](https://docs-connector.ecomsend.com/ecomsend-connector/products/category-templates), fill in the required attributes, and activate them. The system will then automatically sync all 'Not synced' products (existing and new) based on the template rules. {% endstep %} {% step %} #### **Automatic updates** Any updates to product information on Shopify will automatically sync to TikTok Shop according to your settings. {% endstep %} {% endstepper %} ### 🧾 Order sync {% hint style="info" %} The order sync feature is currently available for **US** TikTok Shop **only**. {% endhint %} {% stepper %} {% step %} #### Fetching orders Orders meeting the following criteria will automatically fetching from TikTok Shop to our app: * Fulfillment type: [**Fulfilled by Seller**](#user-content-fn-1)[^1] * Order status: Has reached **Awaiting shipment** (i.e., paid and no longer on hold) {% endstep %} {% step %} #### Syncing orders to Shopify You can sync orders (including items, prices, and other details) to Shopify based on your order sync settings. * **Manual sync:** On the *Orders* page in our app, select one or multiple orders to sync. * **Automatic sync:** **Enable** the **Automatic sync** feature on the *Settings → Order* page. The system will automatically sync all 'Not synced' orders (both existing and new). {% endstep %} {% endstepper %} ### 🚚 Fulfillment sync {% hint style="info" %} The fulfillment sync feature is currently available for **US** TikTok Shop **only**. {% endhint %} {% stepper %} {% step %} #### Fetching **fulfillment info** Under fulfillment type-fulfilled by seller, there are **two shipping types**: * **Seller shipping (SELLER):** Also called *shipped via seller*. Sellers manage shipping through their own channels (e.g., Shopify). * **TikTok shipping (TIKTOK):** Also called *platform shipping* or *shipped via platform*. Sellers purchase shipping labels through TikTok Shop and either schedule a pick-up by a TikTok Shop carrier or drop off parcels at a TikTok Shop carrier location. **How fulfillment info is fetched:** * **Seller shipping:** Fulfillment info is synced from **Shopify to TikTok Shop**. When an order is fulfilled in Shopify, our app automatically fetches the fulfillment information. * **TikTok shipping:** Fulfillment info is synced from **TikTok Shop to Shopify**. When an order is fulfilled in TikTok Shop, our app automatically fetches the fulfillment information. {% endstep %} {% step %} #### Syncing fulfillment * **Seller shipping:** Sync fulfillment info (tracking number, carrier, and other details) **from Shopify to TikTok Shop** based on your settings. * **TikTok shipping:** Sync fulfillment info (tracking number, carrier, and other details) **from TikTok Shop to Shopify** based on your settings. Sync options: * **Manual sync:** On the *Orders* page in the app, select one or multiple orders to sync. * **Automatic sync:** Enable the *Automatic Sync* feature under *Settings → Orders → Fulfillment*.
